Shieldex® Nora Dell

Extremely conductive ripstop fabric metallized with silver, copper and nickel. Shieldex® Nora Dell has the highest copper coating of the Nora family with over 50%. Due to the multilayer metallization, the extremely conductive textile shields up to 56 dB in the 26-40 GHz frequency range. The extremely high copper content significantly improves electrical conductivity. This textile is ideal for all technical applications.

Shieldex® Nora Dell

Shieldex® Nora Dell has been refined with three different metals. In addition to silver and nickel, copper is the most prominent metal with a share of approx. 53%. The high copper content enormously increases the thermal and electrical conductivity of the fabric. In particular, Shieldex® Nora Dell is characterized by a very good conductivity of < 0.009 Ohm/□. Due to the robust ripstop fabric structure of approx. 2,500 threads per cm² (warp and weft direction), this fabric is used in industry for many technical applications that must withstand mechanical stress. Applications include EMC tents, room shielding and textile cable shielding. REACH and RoHS conformity is given.
