Shieldex® Nora Dell CR

Shieldex® Nora Dell CR is metallized with silver, copper and nickel. With approx. 50% copper coating, this conductive textile is suitable for all technical applications as well as for the shielding of electromagnetic radiation in the industrial sector. The additional CR coating makes the conductive textile compatible for clean room applications.

Shieldex® Nora Dell CR

Shieldex® Nora Dell has been metallized with silver, nickel and copper. In addition to silver and nickel, copper is the most pronounced metal with a share of approx. 50%. Due to the high copper content, the thermal and electrical conductivity of the fabric is increased enormously. Furthermore, this fabric is equipped with a special coating (CR), which makes this fabric compatible for clean room applications. In particular, Shieldex® Nora Dell CR is characterized by a very good conductivity of < 0.009 Ohm/□. Due to the robust ripstop fabric structure of approx. 2,500 threads per cm² (warp and weft direction), this fabric is used in industry for many technical applications that must withstand mechanical stress. Applications include EMC tents, room shielding and textile cable shielding. REACH and RoHS conformity is given.
