Features & Applications

Shieldex® Kiel Wallpaper

Shieldex® Kiel Wallpaper is a thermally bonded nonwoven metallized with pure copper. Due to the high copper content of almost 50%, the nonwoven is both thermally and electrically conductive. The electrical surface resistance is up to < 0.02 Ω/□. The shielding performance of electromagnetic rays is up to 80 dB. For this reason, the conductive nonwoven is processed in industry as wallpaper shielding against high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. The special feature of this product is the paper backing , which makes it possible to process this fleece with a standard paste. RoHS and REACH conformity is given.
