Shieldex® Bremen RS FR
Shieldex® Bremen RS FR combines the proven electrically conductive properties of the base material with an additional flame-retardant coating applied to one side. The flame-retardant coating is located on the dark side of the material and is classified as Euroclass E in accordance with EN 13501-1:2019. The FR treatment helps inhibit flame development and reduces afterflame when the material is exposed directly to flame. Thanks to its flexible and kink-resistant construction, Shieldex® Bremen RS FR is particularly suitable as an additional protective layer for Shieldex® shielding enclosures and comparable applications in mission-critical environments.
Fire Performance
Shieldex® Bremen RS FR features a flame-retardant coating and is classified as Euroclass E in accordance with EN 13501-1:2019. The Vertical Burn Test was conducted in accordance with EN ISO 11925-2:2020-09. The FR coating helps inhibit flame development and reduce afterflame of the material. FR stands for Flame Retardant.
