Shielding Fabrics

Depending on the textile and application, shielding effectiveness can reach up to 95 dB in the frequency range of 0.2 to 40 GHz. These high-performance EMC shielding textiles and RF shielding fabrics are made of specialized, metallized fibers that ensure efficient electromagnetic attenuation. Shieldex® Berlin RS

Shieldex® Berlin RS is the perfect all-rounder for all technical and electromagnetic shielding products. With an average shielding performance of 60 dB in the frequency range 0.2 to 14 GHz, this conductive fabric is ideal for all EMC applications. Coated on one side with a conductive polyurethane, this conductive fabric is particularly resistant to environmental influences.

Shieldex® Zell RS CR

Extremely conductive fabric metallized with silver, copper and tin and a surface electrical resistance of 0.02 Ω/□. The additional CR coating makes the conductive textile Shieldex® Zell RS CR compatible for cleanroom applications and additionally shields against infrared radiation.

Shieldex® Pisa RS

Polyester fabric with a shielding performance of 88 dB in the frequency range up to 26 GHz! Shieldex® Pisa RS is metallized with nickel and copper. Due to the nickel coating the fabric has a very good conductivity and is used for room shielding and EMC tents due to its excellent shielding against electromagnetic radiation.

Shieldex® Kiel + 30

With a copper content of almost 50%, this thermally bonded nonwoven is ideal for room shielding of electromagnetic radiation In the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 5 GHz, this conductive nonwoven has a shielding performance of approx. 85 dB and is therefore ideal for room shielding as well as for electronic components.

Shieldex® Nora Dell CR

Shieldex® Nora Dell CR is metallized with silver, copper and nickel. With approx. 50% copper coating, this conductive textile is suitable for all technical applications as well as for the shielding of electromagnetic radiation in the industrial sector. The additional CR coating makes the conductive textile compatible for clean room applications.
