Founded in 1978, Shieldex, a family-owned, medium-sized company, is the world leader in the production of metallized textiles for antimicrobial, shielding, thermally and electrically conductive textile solutions and flexible applications. We have a worldwide unique metallization process with the help of which we combine silver, copper, nickel and/or tin with our textiles. Shieldex products and developments are used in a wide range of future-relevant markets, such as the aerospace industry, consumer electronics, automotive, smart textiles, medical technology and many more.
