Shieldex® Zell RS
Extremely conductive fabric metallized with silver, copper and tin and an electrical surface resistance of 0.02 Ω/□. The tin coating makes Shieldex® Zell RS solderable and makes it the optimum material for textile conductors and printed circuit boards.
Shieldex® Zell RS
Shieldex® Zell RS is an extremely conductive fabric coated with silver, copper and tin. The conductivity of the fabric is extremely increased by the additional copper and tin coating. Tin makes the fabric solderable and enables good contacting to other materials. The tin can also be dissolved very well by downstream processes and enables the creation of textile conductive paths. The robust rip stop fabric structure of 2,500 threads per cm² in warp and weft direction, Shieldex® Zell RS is used in industry for many technical applications where mechanical stress is the main concern. In addition, the conductive textile is processed in the field of textile cable shielding, room shielding, in mobile shielding tents and, above all, as textile printed circuit boards.
