Shieldex® Forensic Box

The Shieldex® Forensic Box is a mobile, lightweight, and flexible solution for immediate use at the crime scene. The high-performance forensic box is designed for the protection and analysis of devices that incudes radio transceivers and transmitters. Lightweight and space-saving, it offers the possibility to view confiscated devices directly at the scene in an isolated surrounding. Shieldex® Forensic Box blocks all wireless signals like WiFi, Bluetooth, 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G. Every forensic box is equipped with a shielded window and shielded gloves.

Shieldex® Forensic Box

Shieldex is the expert for RF shielding enclosures in the form of textile boxes, tabletops and tents. We offer solutions for industry, scientific laboratories, and authorities.

Due to its textile components, the forensic box is particularly convincing due to its light weight. It can be folded and set up at the scene in no time. Confiscated equipment can be inspected immediately in a safely shielded environment. A textile and likewise shielding viewing window allows a view into the box. With two operating gloves made of the same material as the box, the devices can easily be operated.

For which areas can the Forensic Box be used? Shieldex® Forensic Box is ideal for analyzing confiscated cell phones, RFID, Bluetooth, WLAN, or similar wireless devices
Size & Weight Dimensions (LxWxH) 80 cm x 55 cm x 50 cm. The weight of the forensic box is 2.1 kg. The transport bag weighs 0.4 kg.
Material Description The processed textiles are metallized with silver, copper, nickel and/or tin. The special feature is the non-oxidizing outer wall of the forensic box.
Additional features A shielded viewing window allows the user to see inside the forensic box. With two gloves made of the same material, the secured device can be easily examined
